Burger King — Restaurant in Bristol

This was the restaurant of choice after being asked to try out some take always in the local area for a formal review. Please listen to My wise Words of advice are… DO NOT EAT FROM THIS RESTAURANT. If I could give 0/5 stars k would.

Poor service and staff attitude, Food was cold, chips were so salty they were inedible. The burger wasn’t cooked all The way through still RAW inside and the bacon was so undercooked it may as well Have taken the bacon from the packet and served it raw. Horrendous. I didn’t eat it in the end. I’ve had enough sense to break my burger in half and check to see if it was cooked as I’ve had bad experiences with other places years ago. Hygiene was basic, but looking closer needs a hell of a lot of work. By far the worst take out restaurant in the area.

Pros of my experience… NONE

Cons of my experience -High risk of food poisoning -poor staff attitude -long wait times when next to no one is in the restaurant -poor Hygiene -considered getting trading standards and environmental health involved. Place has just opened and already NEEDS...

This is the closest Burger King to me. I’ve went there many many times. They first 2 times where amazing but it went down hill from there.

The staff are rude, they also don’t know what there doing half the time, there are so many worked that some just stand there what looks like to be doing nothing, the have messed up my orders in some way the last 4-5 times I went there. We also ordered on the Burger King app once and three didn’t call out our order and it was already made up just sitting where delivery drivers pick up, we didn’t know it be there thankfully we asked other wise it would have been cold when we would have got it probably…

I even had a break down cuz of how rude they were to me.. they acted as if it was my fault they messed up.

Update: they managed to get worse went there the other day and had a whopper the texture was weird like the warmed it up in the microwave, very wet especially the tomato’s…. Very out of tbh.. if I could give this a lower...

Excellent burgers, in fact the best. However, there can be a queue of which you won't know if the queue is for people ordering, or people who's ordered... Then there's the wait which can take a while, but that's to be expected in a very crowded place that sells lush burgers and not forgetting the famous and well deserved top spot for the chilli cheese bites. I have just gone in this place just for them, they're the dogs b**cks, if u know what I mean 😉😎 people who work there are very nice and understanding too in the hectic environment that they're in. I would definitely recommend this place if you want the best in taste. I put a 4 star just because of the queuing and not being sure which line you're meant to be in to order at the desk. They do have order screens, but im old fashioned and like to actually speak to someone who's alive, haha 😄 also plenty of space to sit in and eat, for what I've seen, thumbs up all day and night long...
