I ordered a birthday cake here and it was absolute rubbish. The cake was poorly made, and the customer service is bad, very unsympathetic to the client. I arrived at the agreed time for pick up, and the store was locked. When I called, the person at the other end just said, wait 15mins and ended the call and also refused to pick after several calls. The cake was even barely covered with the butter-icing. When I complained to the lady at the front, she couldn't even utter any apology except, "your cake, yes, take it". My regret was I had paid fully on ordering, if I had not, I will not accept...

He nearly ran me off the road in his van today - dangerous driver, no consideration for people on bikes, despite the fact that we were going downhill at speed. Heaven forbid he arrives at his bakery 30 seconds later than he planned to.

When we politely asked him to give cyclists more room in future, he showed absolutely no caring, wouldn't even give us the time of day. He just smirked and ignored us.

The products created by this Cukiernia are probably the closest thing to Polish style that I've experienced, and the quality seems to be pretty good. Prices are very reasonable, certainly cheaper than the mass produced bleached rubbish you get from supermarkets.

Entry is often quite dark (unlit) and it's not always clear when they're open. Handy parking across the road and adjacent roads. Staff are generally quite helpful and speak both English and Polish. I cannot account for any...
