I visited your site on Salhouse Road Norwich last night around 20:30-20:35. We ordered a wicket variety bucket and was told to wait in the order waiting lane. No mention of any issues, no mention of long waiting times. After waiting for a total of 20 minutes in the car, I decided to get out and go and find out what was going on in the store. A customer was waiting before me who had pre ordered earlier in the evening to make sure he didn't have to wait to long. Should have given me a clue there is an issue at this site. After he was served and sent on his way, I was left standing at the counter while the person on drive through and the one serving on the counter started bagging up food. After a few minutes I spoke up and said that the order they were bagging, is it mine? I was told yes. I asked why they had not said to me about the wait, as I would have not ordered as I am on a tight schedule. I received a mumbled apology. Again, I asked why can you just tell customers the waiting time. The response from the member of staff on drive through was everything is cooked fresh to order. Ok!! Still missing the point here!! I asked if they would wait that period of time in their car awaiting their order when a site down the road has never kept me waiting, EVER!! A childish "that's nice" was repeated from the back. To be fair to the member of staff on drive through, I was then asked if I wanted anything else to go with my order, but to be honest I was in a rush as it was, I didn't have time to sit and argue, nor wait another 20 mins for something else!! So eventually got home to open my food to find out I had been lied to!! Freshly cooked my backside!!! Fries, yes, Chicken, NO WAY on earth, and gravy made at 5pm. So what was the delay? I can only assume it the lack of a damn the staff seemed to have. I shall never use that site again, and to be honest the general attitude certainly does not give KFC...
Read moreYet again after waiting for ages I get home to find I have completely the wrong order, normally never like to complain but this has now happened more than once and its really not on when you're spending decent money for what can only be described as terrible service. Ordered a bucket for one, a gravy box meal, large popcorn chicken, 6 hot wings and 3 gravy, I get handed my bag which has several containers in it and drive off, get home to Spixworth so not like its just round the corner and go to share out the food, have 10 bits of chicken and some cardboard like fries, thats it, no hot wings, no popcorn chicken and not even any bloody gravy to help wash down the dried and i do mean dried not fried chicken down with! Now i know things can get missed now and again hence i dont normally bother to complain but this is just ridiculous, its not hard to take someones order and then give them what they have ordered, isn't that how it's supposed to work, well clearly not here it isn't, how can you get it this wrong? Now some of you will probably say why didn't i check my order, lets be honest, should i really need to before i drive off, its handed to me in a bag and is in boxes, you should be able to naturally assume that the person putting the food in the bag knows how to read an order and not just randomly put whatever food he or she fancies puttin in a bag! I Won't bother calling as it won't solve anything will it, not gunna magically have a box of hot wings land in front of me so think it's safe to say I just don't think I will go back from now on, so many other great takeaway services so why bother...

This is the third time KFC have let me down, but the first at the KFC Norwich Sprowston Outlet.
You would think it simple. My order was for a 14 Piece Bargain Bucket for the sum of £16.99. The picture shows a number of chicken pieces and four portions of French fries. I drove the 10 miles to make my purchase, waited for 10 minutes for my order (which I thought to be reasonable) and then drove the 10 miles back. Then to discover no chips.
What is wrong with you guys. Can't you guys count and fulfil a simple order?
Don't worry if all you are going to do is provide a voucher for four bags of chips, it just isn't good enough. You will need to do better than that as the cost to me and the embarrassment in seeing four eager faces waiting for there meal to find they only had chicken and no chips.
I'm absolutely livid and always find a visit to your premises a marvel of how not to run a business. Perhaps you need to send your management team to one of the efficiently run McDonalds Outlets in the area.
You are really really disappointing and I really can't see some of these badly run outlets surviving on this service.
