Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Broadland

First time im ever leaving a review because im absolutely apaulled. Ordered coffees today and said it was iced but got given hot. Usually im too scared to say things like this, but this time I decided to (even though i still questioned doing so) and said polietly I think i said iced is it okay if it could be changed. The guy at front was so polite! Props to him, but the guy who served me instantly came up (even though I didn’t ask him) and said so aggressively ‘no you didn’t I heard u, u said hot’ and I replied back ah sorry I might have been talking fast in which he said ‘no you weren’t you said hot and I told you back the order you should of said it then’ with the most agressive approach! For someone who hates confrontation this is so horrible, I truley think this needs investigating as staff shouldn’t really be shouting at customers - it’s just scary! This occured around 4pm on 5/5/25. Management - if you want any feedback, please retrain staff! Or maybe teach them how to be more polite and calm as this can really stress people out! Even when I said wow I wish I never asked for it to be iced I feel bad inside for even asking, the guy had the biggest smirk on his face and was laughing. It was truly so condescending and nobody deserves to be treated that way. The guy who I did ask for it to changed into nice was very lovely, we need more staff like...

I admit it - I used to be a Costa snob. But since this one opened at Sprowston retail park, my opinion has completely shifted. Being the only coffee shop in the proximity of the Heartsease wastelands, I thought I'd try it out. The space itself is bright and airy and there are plenty of seating options. The staff are always friendly and efficient. What's more, they know how to make a decent cappuccino and a flat white. The coffee is a lot stronger than it used to be (which is how I like it) and vitally, it's not scalding hot! It's a great place to get some work done thanks to the good wifi and the best thing is it's dog friendly. The breakfast deal is also great value. Well done to the team...

My daughter spent all weekend looking at the website deciding what she wanted as she has problems and this is the way she is. When we pull up to the drive through we are told this is no longer available as out of season despite showing on the website, websites are live and dynamic. If it’s no longer available as the option has finished then remove it Costa!!!!! When we picked another option they didn’t have all the ingredients, by this time the loud obnoxious server was really grating on me so I just accepted it as my daughter was having a melt down, I took a flat white, as I drove away I took a sip and it was barely warm.
