Olive Tree — Restaurant in Broadland

I have bought food from here many times, and on a couple of occasions I mentioned as an observation that the kebab food portions were of different sizes on different occasions, and once I mentioned that my sons chicken kebab had a very small amount of chicken! I then dared to ask for less onion and more tomato and cucumber, and the guy starts accusing me of complaining every time I go in their shop! And was very rude!!! I walked out with nothing, and I will never return to buy food there! I felt that it was an extremely rude way to speak to a customer, and if they can't take customer comments, then they don't deserve being in business! Very, very sad to treat people this way in a small village like Acle??? I've never complained about their food, I enjoyed their kebabs, but the rudeness from the head guy (I assume) I won't take, and it's worth making this review! 1 lost customer, I wonder how many others have been spoken too in this way??? First time we have used the Olive tree in Acle. Had our food delivered - amazed delivery was free! Kebabs excellent, but perhaps the chilli sauce could have been a little hotter. Mexicana pizza really tasty. We are definitely coming back for more. ...
