Coffee good, sausage roll meat was good, the pastry was a bit hard. I went in and a young man behind the counter said " what can I get you bud".. Apparently I wasn't worth the full buddy, perhaps he thought I was about to bloom. In a greasy spoon I can accept.. Mate, geezer, Governor, but in an establishment that sells tapas and wine I expect Sir and my wife expects madam. I have been involved with the catering trade for 60yrs, and I was taught that the customer controls the form of address, not the service provider. If I became a regular customer then maybe Mr Marshall would be acceptable . It all comes down to training. First impressions...

So we are quite spoilt....Acle a fairly small village but we have 3 coffee shop/cafe's to choose from. Having tried all.... Truly this is the best! Being a bit of a coffee connoisseur I can recommend that & the food is good too. But above & beyond that this is a family business, the owner always takes the time to speak to their customers & although chatting isn't really my thing...I do observe that this is very important to the elderly residents living in Acle , this place is a real hub of the community...unlike the others....so this is my preferred choice & as always if we don't support it.....it...

Staff were amazing they cater gor my disability the lady even had time to talk to me about the price on the menu as I'm not very good with numbers ray gave me an extra biscuits as I loved them so much and nothing was too much trouble for them they went above and beyond thank you for a pleasant lunch we will definitely...
