Favorite Chicken & Ribs Cheshunt — Restaurant in Broxbourne

Our order took almost 1 hour to arrive, when it did arrive there were items missing. I called the store to let them know, to which they replied we will find out what’s happened and call you back. I waited 10 minutes before phoning back as I hadn’t heard anything. The person on the phone was rude and said ‘I said I would call you back and you’ve called me after 4 minutes’- I told them it had in fact been 10 minutes. Again he said he will look into it by watching CCTV and phone back before putting the phone down. After another 10 minutes I still hadn’t heard back from them, I called again and asked if they had figured out what had happened - he said that CCTV showed that all the items were put in the bag and refused to take responsibility for the missing food! I will not be ordering from these rude liars...

So upon arriving to favourite chicken to collect an order I have made over the phone, I had discovered that they forgot to cook my food and did not note down my order. So once we have gone through the order all over again, I had to wait 10/15 minutes for the food to be prepared only to pay and drive back home (1.2 miles away) to discover that half my order was actually not in the bag. So I contacted the restaurant and got told I can either wait 30 minutes for it to be delivered to me or they can leave a note on the system for my next order. Shocking service and...

Its good food but they’ll often trick you by “forgetting” fries, right amount of chicken and even drinks. You have to check your food on the spot otherwise they’ll call you a liar. People pay for the whole meal not for half of it🤦🏻‍♀️ do better. Ive seen multiple people walk back inside and demand for their missing thing's just to be told they already “ate” them in a spam of 30 seconds apparently. They also play dumb saying if youre sure if thats what you really ordered as if you havent spoken to the same...
