Wimpy — Restaurant in Broxbourne

My advice be cautious when ordering from this place , personally don’t eat or order from this place and here’s why: I have been eating from this establishment for over 20 years and I will never eat anything from Wimpy Cheshunt again, I ordered food using Uber Eats a few burgers with a pepsi max and milkshake , the drinks were ruined but the Pepsi max especially spilt everywhere , I called Wimpy and they handle the situation extremely unprofessional, no empathy , not even an apology instead all I got was an attitude for a guy. I spent 10 mins washing the front of my door as the drinks spilt everywhere and on a hot day that’s not good then I went back and had my cold very food. Even Uber eats were also useless as you can’t speak to anyone due to COVID 19 rules. In the end I got a refund for a Pepsi max but I couldn’t have any of my drinks and my food was cold and simply awful. Definitely not worth the money I paid! So be aware!.

One of my fondest memories while growing up was my parents taken us to wimpy on a Saturday if we were good, since then nearly all of the wimpy restaurants that I remember have closed, all except this one and how lucky I am to have found it. All of my childhood favourites are still available including the brown derby, it has been an absolute pleasure to eat here, the staff are second to none, really friendly and attentive, resonable prices and great quality of food has remained, I had the good fortune to be able to bring my parents here for a meal on me and a little opportunity to reminisce on the good old days. Every time I visit, the customer service here is second to none. Yücel, Yonca, Abdul, Kem, and the rest of the team always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and you can really tell they take pride in looking after their guests. The team are consistently attentive, friendly, and professional, it’s rare to find service this good, and it honestly makes each visit a 10/10 experience, whether visiting by myself or with the family
