My wife dropped me off at the Pizza Hut in Beeston so that I could head inside, state the name and grab our grub versus her finding parking first. I zipped inside and could hear voices from two men. They were in the kitchen so not in clear view and I approached. The two chaps were mid-drug deal with the Pizza Hut uniformed guy handing over cash to the plain clothed dude before the 'exchange' of tiny baggy with a powdery substance inside of it. I stumbled upon the transaction completely by happenstance and with no time to get out of Dodge, Rehan from Pizza Hut glanced over at me. We both stood in a momentary awkward silence before Rehan smiled at me and asked me what name our order is under. Worst customer service ever by shift manager. As I am a regular customer ordering pizza every week, for the second time in a row I didn’t receive the dips with the food which is a disappointment for me. When I confronted the manager, instead of accepting the mistake she argued with me and said she can’t do anything in this matter. Kudos to the delivery guy who accepted that my order has a missing item and tried persuading the shift manager to accept the mistake and take some action. Even after that, she kept on arguing and was not willing to provide a solution. In the end, I returned the whole order back and requested for a refund to which she said that she will discuss with the management whether she can process the refund for an online order. Highly disappointed with the way the shift manager handled the whole situation. Hope to receive the refund...
