The presentation of the place is very nice and new. A lot of effort has been put into it. But the quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. The Kinder Cookie Dough was missing the white chocolate buenos and the Belgian white chocolate sauce, so at least the two major parts of the ingredients of what we ordered. Apparently they're open 11am to 11pm, seven days a week. I fail to see how a place focusing on desserts can have such long opening's hours, and until such a late time as well. I don't know, perhaot this is a place for laundering money, because with the output of food quality, or lack thereof, I doubt they'll stay in business.

Update: 10th October 2021 I'm downgrading my review from 5 star to 1 star for 1 reason only. No card payments. In this day and age its stingy not to accept card. Went as a family and spent nearly ÂŁ40, but had to go nearest cash machine for some cash. It's been like this for a while so definitely not a technical issue. 2019 Review: Excellent place, very clean and tidy, all the tables were spotless. Service excellent, the lady explained the offers on. Perfect for some desert

Sprinkles in Burnley is our absolute go-to spot for ice cream, and it never disappoints! I always come here with my family, and it’s become a place we all look forward to visiting. Placed an order at 9pm and got it at 10:35pm

Called the restaurant and the non-fluent english speaker stated “there are 10 ordarrr before yours” so why on earth would you accept my order if you can’t handle it?

I called the restaurant again to ask where my order was after it stated ‘Delivered’ on JustEat, only to find myself being hung up.

Finally 45 minutes after the original wait time given it was delivered I asked the driver ‘it took you long?’ He replied “I don’t know.”

Absolutely pathetic considering its a 5 min drive to my address. Also to consider its ice cream directly out of the machine in 2 tubs with a bit of ready made sprinkles! How hard can it be?

Instead of replying and showing solidarity to this review please actually make a change!

A spur of the moment experiment. Let's get dessert takeout, how utterly decadent and naughty.

We have been into the shop and it was really excellent. So it was two proven cookie dough dishes and one super sundae for delivery.

The cookie dough was really sweet and very soft. That is not BAD, it is just not to everyone in the family's taste. It was warm, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle like a BIG cookie last time, and this time it wasn't.

The sundae was lovely, but not stunning, and on previous experience I was expecting stunning.

So am I getting delivery again...no

We should have driven to the shop and eaten in. It's really good in-store.
