Placed an order at 9pm and got it at 10:35pm

Called the restaurant and the non-fluent english speaker stated “there are 10 ordarrr before yours” so why on earth would you accept my order if you can’t handle it?

I called the restaurant again to ask where my order was after it stated ‘Delivered’ on JustEat, only to find myself being hung up.

Finally 45 minutes after the original wait time given it was delivered I asked the driver ‘it took you long?’ He replied “I don’t know.”

Absolutely pathetic considering its a 5 min drive to my address. Also to consider its ice cream directly out of the machine in 2 tubs with a bit of ready made sprinkles! How hard can it be?

Instead of replying and showing solidarity to this review please actually make a change!

We have been into the shop and it was really excellent. So it was two proven cookie dough dishes and one super sundae for delivery.

The cookie dough was really sweet and very soft. That is not BAD, it is just not to everyone in the family's taste. It was warm, crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle like a BIG cookie last time, and this time it wasn't.

The sundae was lovely, but not stunning, and on previous experience I was expecting stunning.

So am I getting delivery again...no

We should have driven to the shop and eaten in. It's really good in-store.
