Greggs — Restaurant in Bury

Normally good but not today ordered off Uber eats and went in to collect but I was waiting at a while whilst packing and sealing up all my order when I said they was no need to 3 times. The female member of staff was rather rude and said I've done it now so there is nothing you can do .I also had to change my hot drink 3 times due to the lid not been drinkable out of so I returned and got an apolige but was giving exactly the same lid again with a long time mess about after my 3 times of saying you do not need to seal it up it...

Not that impressed as there prices are quite high, been to other cake, sandwich shops that are a lot cheeper. The service was slow and I'm sure they where not happy that day, though you should have a good attitude at all times when serving customers. Shop again is small so the ques where out side, well set up the shop everything in order and so I'm told the cakes they sell are very tasty, worth a try if you want something...

Me and my family travel around the globe to come here, its usually absolutely amazing. But this time we showed up after a nice big shop from asda, our hearts fluttering with joy thinking of the pasty to soon grave our mouth. We walk in ask for four meat and potato pastys….
