If I could rate this a ZERO, I WOULD!
Worst experience of KFC I have ever received. I know my family have said on and off that they have had a bad experience but I thought it might not be that bad today with it being 16:10 and quiet. I was 100% wrong.
We went through the drive through as it was quiet and thought it would be faster than going in. The girl that took our order we could hardly even hear her, she didn't even seem to know what she was even doing. Rice boxes again not available, seriously needs to be taken off the menu this does as they never seem to have them.
Eventually paid and we were left waiting at the window for 15 minutes. Food came wrong as we expected it might be. Went in to question something that we were charged for that we didn't know about and get the food we were missing. I wasn't even acknowledged when I went in and stood waiting for ages. Staff looked far too young to be working there and didn't seem to be doing much. Poor customer service too, no hello or welcome. Just had a 'You ordering?'. When I eventually got spoken too, I sorted my charge and then questioned about my missing food. I was told that it would be a 20 minute wait for the food! This is a joke as it was quiet and staff were standing around. This was their fault too, I refused to wait for it and said she will have to give me stuff they have.
Staff here are way too young and seem to not know what they are doing. A management lady was complaing and moaning with another girl while I was standing there about apparently how hard they were working and tired they were. No customer should see or experience the horrendous experience we had. This was awful.

Read moreCame here for some food after a day at Go Ape with my partner. As you can imagine, we’re both tired, hungry and just wanted some food down us. Got to the drive thru and waited behind a couple cars, nothing too awful at this point. Finally our turn to order, my partner saw a new menu item (zinger popcorn chicken I think it was called) so wanted to try it. He also saw it could be upgraded to a meal. Got to the window to be greeted by a woman who clearly didn’t want to be there. Had no idea what my partner was on about as he forgot the exact name but described the item. Took a while for her to finally figure out what it was he was wanting. I only ordered three pieces of boneless chicken with mashed potato. I asked for an Oreo Krushem but was rudely informed they no longer did them (it’s been a while since I last went). Whilst we were in the middle of paying, another member of staff came to speak to the one serving us and didn’t even wait for her to finish her sentence so we were rudely interrupted and forgotten about whilst they had their chat. Paid and drove round to the next window. Took a while for people to get their food too, and it wasn’t busy inside either. Got handed our food, noticed my chicken wasn’t boneless and that she’d put it wrong on the receipt too. Our Pepsi had been put through as Pepsi max, luckily we don’t have any health problems that could be affected by something like that. The gravy didn’t have a label on to say when it had been made etc, my chicken was overly soggy with grease, I wasn’t given any cutlery for my mashed potato and by the point I’d realised I didn’t even want it anymore. I used this branch 2 weeks ago and ended up taking my food back because it had been rammed into a small bag Forcing the gravy to pop open ruining all the food, the manager on duty at the time was very apologetic and gave me fresh food very quickly. So after having a bad experience I thought I’d try again. On entering the restaurant, 2 clearly unhappy staff were on the front counter only 1 taking orders and 1 serving food. 1 was taking orders very quickly but not helping to serve. Instead, once she’d cleared the que for customers placing orders she decided to go out front and sweep an already cleanish floor then started to empty the bins and then went back behind the counter to take more orders whilst seeing customers including myself getting increasingly frustrated. I waited 25minutes for my food before politely suggesting to the lady taking orders to perhaps help her colleague. She replied I am helping, I’m taking orders, I tried to politely explain what is the point in taking orders when you can clearly see that 15 customers are waiting to receive there food of which they paid for upto 30minutes ago. She gave me a rude look and muttered something under her breath, which I thought was absolutely disgusting. I asked her to give me her name she asked why so I replied I am going to make a complaint about your service for her to reply complain about me doing my job, smirking !!! At one point (about 25minutes of my waiting ) the food warmer hatch was full with food and sitting there going cold waiting to be served.
