At last a take away that delivers a roller coaster of emotions to liven up a quiet Saturday night in.

The guys at Panshi in heath hayes have your experience at the heart of everything they do. After ordering our curry at 8.30, they knew that this was too early to eat a curry and so improved our experience by making us wait until 9.40 for our food (to really make sure we appreciate and enjoy it! ).

But their commitment doesn't stop their..delivering the food cold allowed us to re-heat our meals to our own liking,rather then having the temperature of our food dictated too us. They also have our health in mind. Leaving out half of the order, and delivering alternative (presumably healthier) options in place of the actual food we ordered is nothing short of genius.

As for the customer service, their service is only surpassed by their genius and will too help. After calling them to left them know of the miniscule issues of the late, half delivered cold food we were first told that the food cannot be cold because of how close we live (I have since sent my engineering degree back to my university as it is apparent I cannot tell if something is hot or cold); and we were then allowed to speak to seveal members of staff to ensure we had multiple opinions expressed before their competence finally overwhelmed us and we had to hang up......

.....we will not be ordering from this establishment again as we are but simpletons and have not yet evolved to appreciate this higher level of customer service and...

Currently our favourite restaurant for a beautiful curry!

Perfect if you don’t fancy the hustle and bustle of neighbouring cities. The food, the service, the staff - amazing. My partner and I have travelled back from Birmingham just to have a quiet meal here.

The team recently also hosted my fathers birthday meal, 16 guests and everything was seamless, the staff were so attentive as usual and the food was beautiful - there was no diminish in any area, despite the party size. The same service we always receive as a couple or small group is the same quality of service and food we received as a large group.

All of our guests loved the restaurant choice and couldn’t comment enough on the food and service - they’ve definitely gained some new patrons. Everyone couldn’t stop saying how lovely their dishes were and how great the recommendations were from the waiting staff.

I genuinely cannot praise this restaurant and the staff enough.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a takeaway was told 30 mins delivery. An hour later had a phone call from them to say could I walk 5 mins down the road to the driver as he couldn’t find us which isn’t hard if he put the postcode in the sat nav. When I said no they said they will get the driver to come to us. 10 mins later driver still not here. I rang to speak to the manager who offered to re cook and deliver a new meal in 15 mins which made me suspicious when I like a 10 min drive away from them. They wanted to still charge me full price when I asked about a discount for the inconvenience and waiting so long they offered to take the poppadoms off valuing £3.80 when I said no I’d cancel they offered to take £5 off which after having to have waited nearly an hour and a half I didn’t feel they were really sorry for the inconvenience.
