Tokyo Toro Japanese Restaurant — Restaurant in Cannock Chase

Ordered a meal from the vegan menu and when it arrived we found lumps of what we thought at first was chicken, so we called up to ask and we were told it’s not chicken it’s cheese, an Indian cheese made with cows milk which is NOT vegan and should not be on their VEGAN menu. We asked for our money back as we could not eat the food to which we were told to just “pick it out and eat the rest” and they refused for a while to refund us any money. Then we were told they would only refund us for part of our order because it was “our own fault” .. our own fault for ordering what we thought was a vegan meal because it was on the vegan menu… Do...

Placed an order online and called the restaurant to check in with the order after a 30 minute wait. The staff member who answered the phone was shockingly rude. Told me they didn’t have my order even after providing the order number. I was called a liar and he hung up the phone on me. I called again and said I would go to the restaurant to provide the order number and show proof of payment…again called me a liar and warned me not to go to the restaurant and hung up! Never encountered...

Terrible service, food was delivered incorrect and when called to notify the issue they argued on the phone, ordered tikka chips and they delivered chili but they were adamant it was tikka, not the first time I have had bad service they delivered a previous order to another address but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Will never order...
