Charcoal Grill — Restaurant in Canterbury

Ordered for me my partner and my mother in law. Received the food and it was one of the worse meals I’ve ever been given. I have a 4 day old baby and am breast feeding and bit into raw chicken. Thank god I’d noticed. My mother in law asked for no tomato and no salad as she has a severe allergy which they were aware of and they still put tomato on her meal so had to throw both of those away and my partner had a burger that was dry and oily. They tried to make an excuse saying the chicken was too thick and that’s why it was raw. I am a chef and I’m sure anyone would rather have cooked sliced chicken rather than raw whole chicken. I live in Whitstable, normally go to Tankerton kebabs but thought more local will give them a try. Our daughter is a fussy eater and will not have hot/cold together. I asked staff if he could do large chicken shish with salad separate, the grumpy man said it’s 2 options with salad or no salad. Food cooked well. However their large is most kababs medium. My kabab is issing burger sauce (cost £1) and my husbands wrap is missing cheese (cost 1.50). This includes a £0.99 service charge.
