I had the pleasure of dining at a KFC outlet this evening, and it turned out to be a thoroughly positive experience. I ordered the Zinger Burger and the Zinger Rice Meal, and both dishes met and exceeded my expectations.

As a former Team Leader in the 90s at KFC I have to say I was bitterly disappointed. The stack zinger burger I bought had obviously been sitting in the heat over for hours wasn't warm was a little on the cool side. I purchased from the store and drove home 5 mins at the most. Such a shame as it is a favourite of mine but you really shouldn't be keeping zinger burger buns in for that long. I could tell it had been there for ages as the cheese was slightly dried out. Not sure I will be coming back either, had to wait ages, the girls on the front knew what they were doing just not enough of them, then finally the senior person appeared and finally decided to do some work. A zinger burger when it's hot 🔥 and heat hot should be a tasty experience mine was not. Just for the record I came in on 15.02.25 and it was around maybe 6.00 pm or 6.30 and it was very busy but even so if you are busy more reason to make sure the food...

This is the worst kfc ever!!! I ordered on uber eats spent £18 at the westbrook instate kfc in Canterbury vauxhall Estate. 2XHOTWINGS CORNOCOBB COLESLAW REG FRIES. they sent the food by uber eats and this is the first time we used this store. They sent out the wrong order which was worth less money and completely different food, I called the store and took me a while to suggest coming back with the food and the receipt to get what we rightly paid for. I went out of my way to come back to the store and she smiled and said she would give me what I paid for (the manager) I waited 10 minutes she gave me the bag which was sealed and I walked away and drove back to my house. I gave the bag to my fiance and there was two bags of chips init. IS SHE RACIST it seemed it. KFC is a big company and they discriminate against settling people am I not white enough for this store.NEVER GOING...
