Greggs — Restaurant in Canterbury

The food here is great, I love Greggs. However for any future purchases for anyone, they sell bbq chicken nugget type things, amazing they are, until one tried to murder me!! Not literally but the tiny little crumbs over them fell down my throat and caused me to choke so hard I lost consciousness and smashed my head off the wall, and woke up in a dazed state. Absolutely petrified of these nuggets now, near death experience from a nugget! I mean the steak bakes are great, but the nuggets, eat...

Service was a little poor; cashier wandered off mid payment/service without any indication. Started to serve next customer whilst leaving us waiting (at a different till) and didn't notify us when our food was ready, just left on counter and we only happened to notice it by chance. Some confusion over the orders resulted in other customer querying us on our purchases to try and sort out their situation!

Bored looking staff who kept asking me to repeat my order of 2 items. Door wide open in February so was cold. Floor by table was covered in food. Store only had 2 other tables of people so they could do a tidy around when not busy. Asked for a peppermint tea to be told "we don't do that, I know it's on the board but we don't". Straight to the point but lacking in customer service. Would only go back if all other places...
