A lovely small beachfront cafe where we enjoyed an excellent pot of tea along with Walnut Scones, excellent Clotted Cream and an even better Chutney. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming with one gentleman in particular being quite a comedian. In short we were made very welcome. They have good Covid guidelines in place including the NHS QR codes for your NHS App. The hour we spent there after a bracing walk along the Whistable coastline was well spent. Read moreThis is a nice place to have a cup of tea and a bite to eat. We had savoury scones with cream cheese and chutney, and a pot of tea to share. We sat outside as the weather was quite warm for the middle of September. The owners were pleasant and took all measures to ensure coronavirus regulations were adhered to. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly - lovely fresh scone with cream and jam with pot of tea, served on proper old fashioned china tea cups and plates.
