Greggs — Restaurant in Charnwood

Visited today, the food and coffee were great as always but the staff were completely useless! The lad serving on the counter seemed to have little idea what he was doing and looked to be moving in slow motion. The rest of the staff seemed to be busying themselves doing nothing apart from ignoring the quickly forming queue. When one of them begrudgingly found her way to the counter, she tried to serve someone behind me in the queue and was then surly when I pointed out that I had in fact been waiting 10mins. Sundays are a no go here they put people who don't have a clue what they are doing behind the till.. young lad with black curly hair didn't have a clue and was walking around doing nothing. Awful waiting 15 minutes with a 2 year old in my arms. There was no urgency even though the que was gping out the door.. the young lad needs a boot. Don't waste your time unless you fancy a pot of fruit or a vegan sausage roll. Had to wait 20 minutes for them to cook a chicken bake and had a watery hot chocolate to wait with.
