Supreme Fish Bar Ltd — Restaurant in Charnwood

I live in Blackpool and come to Loughborough to look after my mother who is 88 years old and a bit of a grump. Anyway, rather than have her cook dinner which it's guaranteed she'll burn, I suggest getting a chippy. I must say that this is the best fish and chip shop in the whole of the UK without a doubt. The food is fantastic with generous portions, the staff are so nice, the owner is amazing and most importantly, it's the cleanest establishment I have ever seen. (I used to own a fast food place of my own in Blackpool and am qualified to make this judgement). The chips we actually got were very nice,but after waiting extra time for the fish to be cooked (which is understandable) the big surprise was the lack of chips we actually got when we finally got home. The pictures below has the fish removed from one tray but literally these are the amount of chips we got.... It doesn't even cover the base of the tray... My family only live around the corner from this chippy. Often at the lunch time session, there are people from all over loughborough, who sometimes struggle to park to get to the Supreme Chippy, the chips are yummy, their fish is amazing and the staff are all super friendly and the whole place is immaculately clean.
