Bit disappointed, asked waitress to clear table which she did, and asked could she wipe the table to which she said yes but never did. Kids food was good portion but had to change option as ordered item was not available after purchase. Order was greasy , not sure if I would use again. Went there years back and it was decent. Shame experience today was poor . Both kids with me were disappointed. Was going to mention but thought against it and flag on review instead as I felt review was needed and...

Stopped in for a hot lunch and left disappointed.

Pros: Good location, friendly staff, reasonable menu, Staff apologised about delay and offered us a free drink.

Cons: Two of our 3 choices were out of stock (no jacket potatoes - really?), and I can't remember what our second choice was that they also didn't have. 3 plates of food took 20+ mins Coffee was poor.

Meet 'n' Eat went above and beyond their normal service by providing and delivering a range of cakes and desserts for our wedding reception that was held in Shepshed.
