been here a couple of times, don’t know why i come back. ordered this time through a collection order, told it would be ready at 12:30, to which we arrived and the orders were yet to be made, no fault to the staff but the organisation is horrible. by default it adds a 10p charge for a bag , to which none were available, my friend who collected first was offered a cookie as an apology, whereas i was barely looked at and handed my sandwich with nothing as an apology.
my other friend collected after me and had half the order missing so we’re still standing here waiting for the rest of his order , 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be collected. when we will leave, we don’t know.

a previous visit to subway had an issue where mid way through making a sandwich, the bread was left out on the counter for so long that the flies had been walking over the bread, when my friend had mentioned it, they just swayed the fly away and continued making the food as if nothing had happened. disgusting
another time, we tried to order nachos, but were told that nachos weren’t available at subways, considering it was on the menu, and they didn’t say it was out of stock, literally just that they don’t serve them, was strange. however a manager came out and said how we do nachos, enough time being wasted, she went step by step on the process on how to make nachos. great that they’re being trained for the item… is there not a better time to be training considering we had waiting so long already and there is a queue behind us? update: nachos are a poor excuse, barely anything on them, let alone they forgot to make them and made us wait longer for them, funny they had to ask whether we still wanted them...
Read moreRude, inexperienced and dismissive staff member who shrugged and started an argument with me when I complained that I couldn't redeem my points for my purchase (due to an ongoing internet issue they were aware of) despite me clearly indicating my desire to do so and even after having a brief conversation with him about what I could redeem with the points.
This was after queuing for around 30 minutes while he and one other staff member, who was clearly new, served 3 other customers before me, and after being told they were out of my first 3 side order choices.
I suggested simply that they put a sign to indicate they cannot accept points today so customers were aware before they queue, similar to their ridiculous 'card-payment only' sign, to which he shrugged, said it wasn't his responsibility and that I was 'coming at him' as he wasn't the manager. When asked when she was in next, I received a dismissive reply.

The selection of meats was very limited The employee didn't realise that me and my partner were together so served him fully, until my partner asked him to serve me He didn't even serve me immediately, he decided to change the bin bag by the till and wipe down the sides. I had to repeat my order 3 times The amount of salad given was measly and apparently they have discontinued sweetcorn?
