I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Subway, and it’s all thanks to the amazing manager, Shazz! From the moment I walked in, Shazz greeted me with genuine warmth and a big smile that immediately made me feel welcome. You can tell right away that he truly cares about his customers — not just about getting the order right, but about making the whole experience a great one.
What stood out to me was his attention to detail. He made sure my sandwich was exactly the way I wanted it, checking each step to make sure I was happy. He offered thoughtful suggestions for combinations and toppings I hadn’t tried before, and honestly, his recommendations were spot-on! He’s clearly knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.
Beyond the food, Shazz runs the place with such professionalism. The restaurant was spotless, organized, and you could tell the team worked well together under his leadership. I noticed how respectfully he spoke to his staff, motivating them while keeping the atmosphere light and friendly. That kind of positive energy is rare to find and it really makes a difference.
Shazz went above and beyond — even remembering little details from my last visit, which shows how much he values his regular customers. He turned what could have been a quick lunch stop into such a pleasant and memorable visit.

Read moreSo, I’ve been coming here for over 7/8 years. And it’s always been great and the owners have been friendly and welcoming. Of recently there has been huge amount of new staff there. And it’s become a really hit or miss type place. If the owners are working you know you will get good sub. If not I tend now to go elsewhere where. Last few times I’ve been. They have missed out ingredients in sub that I’ve only noticed once left the store. Or the sub has just fallen apart once picked up. Or I’ve been given hard ish bread.
