We travelled all the way to Cheltenham to try @humblekitchen and I’d do it again in a heartbeat 🤤 This meal was honestly flawless and @Dunkertons Cider Co was such a cool place, there was live music on and everything! Brilliant place! Always a great vibe, lots going on, fantastic live entertainment and a great food selection. We've been there sooo many times and had lots of fun every time! The Humble Kusina is the best place to eat serving fresh Filipino food. We had it countless of times and never had a bad serving. Koloshi is another great one, serving delicious curry dishes. I found the food absolutely fantastic and the people working the extremely lovely and accommodating. Woozy pig was my least favourite ( we did only get dirty fries so maybe the popularity of it is based on the burgers) They were OK, but I found they were super pricey for what you got ( a load of fries and not a lot of toppings). It didnt help that shortly after I got mine, my partner got his dirty fries from Humble Kusina and oh my word the difference!!!! His were packed with fresh, colourful toppings and delicious crispy duck ( my mouth is watering so much writing this!!!!!!) Whilst mine were just well... fries.. as at that point I run out of the ones covered in the toppings 😩 But despite that, I still absolutely love the place It is great for literally everyone! There's lots of doggies, great for kids, we bring our little boy with us, he loves it. lots of young people but all other age groups too. It really is super versatile Come check it out! Grab a quick bite or a drink. Cider is absolutely outstanding here! Highly recommended! 👍🥰👍

This place is amazing for a day or night out to have a drink and some great food. Plenty of parking, which was good as very busy on the sunny Sunday lunchtime we went. It’s like a pub on steroids! Owned by the guy that launched Superdry it has a similarly cool vibe with a large indoor and outdoor seating area and a number of food outlets, a bit like a mall, around the edges with everything form Burgers to Tai and Indian to Crepes. All top quality and a reasonable price for a venue of this level. There’s a farm style shop with their huge selection of self brewed ciders plus local cheeses, meats, fresh bakery etc. There’s a couple of bars, and on the day we went an area holding a big retro clothes sale and a couple of stalls with retro toys and stuff along with old vinyl complete with a DJ playing some top would and funk tunes that was just the right volume accross the whole venue. There was also a posh looking clothes shop next door but when I see a doorman at a shop I know it’s not one I can afford so can’t tell you any more! Check out their website and get mailed with all the events held like regular comedy and open mic nights plus some fairly big name artists, DJs and tribute bands. Not a place for younger kids but as a venue to either go on a date or meet up with friends I’d say it’s ideal, will definitely be going again.

Just for context, I was asked to write a review by Dunkertons, but it appears that they have to vet their own reviews?! I’m not maliciously writing a poor review, moreover giving an honest one.

The 1st 10 or so orders were just as good as the cider was on the numerous times I’ve bought directly from the store (but have now moved)

The cider remains good, but the customer service is abysmal. The previous order arrived with 3 bottles smashed and liquid literally dripping from the box. I’m sure we can blame the courier, but the other nine we’re lucky to survive the trip, as it was so poorly packaged - I called up to mention this and all they wanted was photos to prove it was delivered as such. I then received three bottles as a direct replacement, a week later.

Then, this last time - 11 were delivered, instead of the 12 that were paid for. I mentioned this again by phone, but whoever answered the phone practically accused me of being a sad bloke for highlighting this - I’m not, I just work in marketing and appreciate word of mouth. I was told on a Thursday that the lady that could sort out the problem wouldn’t be in until the next week. Not sure that sending ONE, or maybe even 2 or 3 replacements can be that complicated. I then received one bottle, with no apology at all the following g week.

Anyhow, buy from the store, but don’t risk any part of the online...

What a waste of my life. Visited Dunkertons during our week long visit to the Cotswolds a few weeks ago. Initially the placed visually looked good and inviting. We managed to get a table we were happy with despite the crowds. After deciding which of the food outlets we wanted we (a group of 7; 4 adults, 3 children) then proceeded to the pizza shack to be told that they are no longer serving (after queing for 15 minutes). We swiftly found out the the owners wife was on the next table and every member of staff looked as though they were about to find out their fate on death row. The chap then flagged us down and told us to come up but my wife had to que up again, she waited another 20 minutes but never got to the front of the que as he decided to stop serving again because MRS DUNKERTON and her acquaintances (or equivalent) decided they wanted some more pizza! Alongside this, a member of staff also didn't allow us to move the patio heater to keep the 4-week old baby warm we had within our party. We decided to go to a local pub and had a lovely meal in front of an open fire. Considering we were looking forward to visiting so much, it was such a disappointment. The way this pizza chap dealt with pressure was shocking, I wonder what he would have done in a high-pressure situation instead of being an actual real life dough boy. What a...
