Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Cherwell District

Very able & intelligent staff who deliver an impressive product with first class attention to customer service in a chilled & zen ambience. As a local resident in Kidlington am so relieved that I can use this cafe again as Coca Cola who own Costa have stopped trading in Russia. There was no way that I could have got a coffee here if it funded Putins slaughter in the Ukraine & his suppression of his own people. So I hope that Coca Cola stay out of Russia until Putin & his evil war are over.

On a more cheery note I now go to Costa in Kidlington every Thursday morning after shopping in Tesco & always enjoy the excellent character roast flat white on offer in there at the time of writing this which is £3.15. Staff are very friendly & treat all customers very well whether regulars or new comers alike. The atmosphere is chilled & relaxed and it is a joy to go there. All in all if you want top quality product with winning service all for a fair price then this is the place for you.

Robert Edington is an excellent addition to the team in the Kidlington Costa. He was a very able employee at the Summertown M&S & shall doubtless prove to be superb at our already top notch local Costa. Great to chat to Robert on June 30th 2022 - he & his colleague made delicious coffee & provided top notch...

For the past year or so I have been a regular customer at your Costa branch in Kidlington Oxfordshire.

May I say how impressed I have been with the current manager and staff at this branch. It is a very busy branch but they are all so very helpful, hard working and always have a smile for the customers.

My coffee is always made with care and exactly the way I like it. The service has a high standard and the staff take pride in their roles.

The Costa branch at Kidlington is well managed with a clean and organised environment.

I only have praise for this wonderful Costa branch which has a lovely relaxed and happy atmosphere.

Really disappointing experience at Costa Coffee. As soon as I walked in, the staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered really poor attitude when speaking with customers, no warmth or politeness at all. On top of that, the music was absolutely blasting, so loud you could barely hear yourself think, let alone have a conversation. I ordered a cheese toastie and honestly, it was barely even warm, like it had just been thrown together and rushed out without any care. Definitely not the kind of service or atmosphere you expect from somewhere like Costa. Won’t be rushing back...
