Greggs — Restaurant in Cherwell District

I always come here for to good to go bags but today I had the worst and most disrespectful encounter with an employee around 5:30 pm. I am vegetarian and I always ask if I could please just have some veggie options. Bare in mind there was exactly 11 minutes left and he had not made any bags. The Employee gave me a passive aggressive lecture on how I should accept what I get I tried explaining that If he did not have any veggie options I could refund it’s fine and he still kept going on, I again tried explaining that he could just disregard any meat options and yet that did not get him to stop. Not sure of what his name is but there was 2 employee he was the shorter one. Extremely rude and unnecessary as I tend to eat veggie options due to health reasons and he made me feel very upset. No bacon and no hot drinks whatsoever at 07:45 in the morning. What else could they possibly sell to a worker that spends most of the day working outside in the rain in November. It's Greggs! I visited the Ermont Way Greggs today in the Spar petrol station, when I got to the counter I had to wait almost 10 minutes. I could hear a staff member called Joe on the phone and keeping me waiting during my break.

When she eventually did serve me, she had an attitude that I was inconveniencing her, I was genuinely trying to be nice and just wanted to be served.
