Nash's Bakery — Restaurant in Cherwell District

I've been a customer of Nash's for over 25 years but will not be buying much more from them. Yesterday, I bought a Viennese finger which cost £2.40. In January, the same thing cost £1.80 so that's a 30% increase in 6/7 months. It was also about ¾ of the size of the previous versions. This level of increase simply isn't justified especially as inflation has been right down for most of 2024 and is currently only about 2%. I have been using them for years the cob bread is delicious. They even pack it up for me when I cannot collect and the butcher Peter Goss next door delivers the bread to me. Thank you for excellent customer service...
