If I could give 0 stars I would! Ordered mine and my friend's coffee at 12.02. I received my coffee @ 12.12 and my friends coffee came @12.18.. In-between me getting my coffee people who were served after me and my friend received their coffee and my friend was still waiting even though we ordered and paid together. How?! I wouldn't mind but the staff working were very unorganised and it seemed that the online orders coming in took more of a priority than people who were standing at the till. Overall probably 25 mins from standing in line to order to actually getting our drinks. Very poor and won't be returning. Could I also advise that the trainee server on the till learn some more till manners and be more polite when serving. No apologises or advises about the delay in drinks and cutting my friend off by telling her you had no pumpkin spice whilst she was mid sentence was very rude!    Read moreWe usually love to go to Starbucks. Yesterday however was a huge disappointment. We arrived around 10:50 (myself, husband, daughter and her baby). There was no one in front of us. Izzy, the barista appeared to be making drinks and preparing food. She looked incredibly miserable and bored and kept huffing at things. We weren't even acknowledged but waited patiently. She carried on with what she was doing without looking at us or smiling. After 15 minutes of being ignored we walked out and took our custom elsewhere. It doesn't cost anything to acknowledge customers, and if busy apologise and and say "I will be with you as soon as I can" and explain the situation.    Read moreOk, so this is my reason for the poor score. Although it was late on a Sunday afternoon the service was slow with initially only one person serving and making the drinks while the other hoovered up.
Then when we all asked for could drinks we were told that they didn't have the lids and that they could put it in a coffee paper cup with a straw. I ordered a Belgian chocolate Frestino. The member of staff asked if I wanted cream which I agreed to. Now although it's on the menu in small non distinct writing if you are going to up sell a Product I think you should warn the purchaser what the increase is for.
Lastly, the drink itself was poor. No real chocolate taste and pale in colour. Poor service, poor...
