The breakfast Cafe style & light lunch restaurant is a pleasurable and friendly venue and the fair is overall quite good. However on two separate occasions I have ordered poached eggs on toast with advocardo. The first time I let it slip then again on a second time history repeated itself. The toast was soggy with a think layer of blackened advocardo all mushed up. It looked like black slimey greenish puk. I have to say the chap who prepared it is either extremely stindgy or thick! to the detriment of his customer me. *He gave me an old decaying advcdo! Apart from the experiences the place is charming.

Then the cakes were all very beautifully presented we couldn’t decide which one to have, but when we did we didn’t regret AT ALL! I had the red velvet in heart shape and my husband had chocolate with raspberry on top. I have to say I have never ever tasted such lovely cakes elsewhere in the UK.
