A group of 8 of us booked the bottomless brunch (paid in advance as this was an organised event). £32.99 for 'unlimited drinks' and '3 tapas served with pitta bread' for 90 minutes. Upon starting our 90 minutes, the waitress tells us the 'rule' that every single person has to have finished their drink before anyone can order another. This is not mentioned on their advertisement for the event. I believe this is, in 2025, a ridiculous rule. Not everyone is a big drinker, and this rule forces people to feel pressured to drink more/faster than they can handle so that the rest of the table can have another drink. Or, it means the rest of the table are ripped off and cannot in fact get 'unlimited' drinks. Over our 90 minutes, we had only four drinks each, most of which were also in small cocktail glasses. Nice drinks, but not so 'bottomless.' The organiser of our event also paid extra in advance for the 8 of us to have shots as a nice surprise. The shots never arrived, and because it was supposed to be a surprise we didn't know to ask for them until the organiser messaged us later once we had left, to ask how the shots were. Then the tapas. 'Served with pitta bread.' We received a tiny plate of pittas for the table, cut into halves. There were 8 of us, and only 5 halves of pitta. Not even one each. The portions of the actual tapas were laughably tiny and we all left hungry. The calamari was only two rings of battered calamari. The halloumi was three tiny pieces of cheese. Photos attached. Again, the food was good quality, but I struggled to actually find it on the plate. The staff were good, they forgot one tapa but immediately rectified it. It's not the fault of the wait staff that they're forced to be so stingy with the food and drink. The music was so loud that we had to shout to hear each other, could only speak to those immediately beside us, and couldn't hear the waitress when trying to order food. It was a 3.30pm brunch, not exactly peak rave time, turn the music down. Value for money was the worst by far of any bottomless brunch, actually any meal at all, that I've ever been to. Total rip off, would...

Really disappointed in our visit tonight. There were 5 tables already seated. We were seated quickly- waited 15/20 minutes to order food/drink. We asked about the whereabouts of our drinks after 10 minutes. Some of the food arrived, still no drinks.

We ordered Tapas. The feta rolls arrived x2 rolls, no dressed salad or yoghurt dip. I asked if I could have the dip and complained that the portion size was poor. The waitress denied it came with a dip despite it stating on the menu. Waitress replied that sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t come with one. I then challenged the portion size, the response ‘well that’s all the chef had left’. I said it wasn’t really acceptable to serve half a portion, the waitress walked off. The Greek salad had no pomegranate seeds which was the best bit. The mussels were served closed on the paella so not eaten. We ordered chips and burger for the children, they were served 20 minutes after we had received our meals. Only at this point did we receive our drinks. We made the mistake of ordering further drinks- they never arrived.

The handling of the complaint was incredibly poor. The waitress counteracted each point with the chef doesn’t communicate with the staff, it’s been very busy, suppliers didn’t turn up… did I want ice creams for the children???

We waited a further 20 minutes for the bill, literally with our coats on. The waitress returned stating she had knocked off the salad, feta rolls (keeping in mind I was served half a portion!) and the burger (that was 20 minutes late!) I was gutted paying £52 for an absolutely shabolic evening.

It’s such a shame as the restaurant itself is beautiful and Chorley could definitely do with more eating establishments, but this place will be shut in no time if this level of...

Changing my review up here, I would firstly like to say, that I love the atmosphere of the restaurant and bar. The bar staff are very much keen on getting everything perfect for the customers and if anything is messed up it is changed, sorted and fixed as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The kitchen serves amazing food daily, the house cocktails are beautiful, not to mention the classic cocktails they make are just what I would imagine they would taste like. The cleanliness is superb, as soon as a mess is made it’s cleaned up with efficiency. Any problems with food or drink? It’ll get sorted asap. Not to mention a complimentary shot for everyone at the table after paying off a hefty bill.

As someone that doesn’t really experience other food cultures, I assume you that this restaurant and bar opened my eyes and tastebuds up to new possibilities, to add to this for birthdays they have a special somg they put on and the staff come around the table and sing happy birthday or celebrate with the party of people, just to add to that welcome feeling.

The staff? The staff as as welcoming as possible, anyone would think your being welcomed into your own house. They are quick thinking and fast acting, both floor staff, bar staff and the managers. Welcoming, energetic, charismatic. Ticks all the boxes

My over all review of this site is, do come here if you get a chance, try out the tapas it’s beautiful, the charming staff will sort you as best to there ability as possible. 10/10 highly recommend this for either a date, family night or...

We visited Dolce Blush in Chorley for the first time today, and we were absolutely blown away! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The food was simply outstanding! Every dish we tried was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. You can tell that a lot of care and attention goes into their cooking. The portions were generous, and everything tasted so fresh. We especially loved the [mention a dish you enjoyed if you’d like], but honestly, everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. The drinks were also fantastic, with a great selection to choose from. The ambiance was perfect — modern yet cozy, making it an ideal spot for both casual dining and special occasions. This was our first visit, but it certainly won’t be our last! We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more from their amazing menu. Highly recommended for anyone in Chorley or passing through the area!😍😍😍

AN EXPERIENCE FOR CHORLEY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolute Gem – Effortless Elegance and Impeccable Service I only popped into Dolce Blush for a quick drink after a long flight home, but what I experienced was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was enveloped in an atmosphere that strikes the perfect balance between relaxed chic and understated elegance. The vibe? Immaculate. The environment? Visually stunning – clean, perfectly presented, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. The stove was impeccable – a rare statement piece that added warmth and style to the space. The staff? Absolutely second to none. Attentive without being overbearing, I never once had to refill my own glass they had it covered with such effortless grace it felt like magic. Even though I only came for a drink, I felt so looked after, like a regular or a VIP. It’s that kind of place, one that gets the details right and makes you want to linger longer. A stunning experience all around. Truly 10 stars. Can’t wait to return.
