I have walked on by with Dione Warwick and Paulicarus a few times without giving this bar a moments thought. I think Riley's infers an Oirish bar. As it is on the Chorley real ale trail we decided to knock it off. Turns out we love it. Three real ales on handpump. Paulicarus had a Pentrich brewery bitter and then a new Manchester brewery..Green Arches. So had to try their stout. Both lovely. A lovely interior plus a few outside seats. Perfect on a sunny September Saturday. Food looks tempting.

Love everything about this bar. It is very welcoming and it has a great chilled atmosphere. Good selection of tap beers and the wine is of a high standard. We had the vegan platter which was delicious, really enjoyed nippling away with a few drinks. The platter was locally sourced, fresh and really well thought out. To top it off the staff and owners are lovely.

We went in to Chorley yesterday for a couple of cocktails and was recommended to try Riley’s. We went in and didn’t leave. Extensive wine list amazing cocktails and the food was great. Really enjoyed our day out.

We went in to Chorley yesterday for a couple of cocktails and was recommended to try Riley’s. We went in and didn’t leave. Extensive wine list amazing cocktails and the food was great. Really enjoyed our day out.

Saturday 6th July 2024 Tonight we entered this good real ale pub There were 3 good real ale hand pumped real ales on offer This pub is a propper micro locals pub The beers on offer were excellent, and anyone coming in here will be impressed with the real ale on offer Friday 11th July 2025 This pub is a really good pib it has 2 interesting ales on offer The staff and locals ace this pub is a really good pub keep ip good work...

Called in for a couple of beers here on a trip to Chorley and was impressed. A very good selection of interesting beers though there was no stout option on at the time we visited. Apparently they were waiting for a tap to come free to put one on. There was also a large selection of wine available though we stuck to beer. It was a vibrant busy place on a Saturday afternoon.
