Probably THE worst Subway i have ever been to! Its filthy!! Even when there are no customers the staff still stand around chatting. Every single table was dirty but hardly any customers in. I asked if I could get the table wiped a guy came out and wiped just my table! Left all the other dirty ones and went back in to the kitchen! When ordering, I ordered a chicken sub. To which the miserable woman behind the counter poured a full bottle of mayonnaise on it. When I told her there's too much on it.. instead of making me a fresh sub she just stood there scraping off the mayonnaise with half the ingredients as well, then put almost a full lettuce over it to cover up the mess! Eating it tasted like a soggy piece of bread filled with lettuce!! She practically shoved my kids sandwich in the bag, so that was falling apart when I took it out to give to my little girl.. I had my one year old on my hip and my 4 year old with me. And the staff just left me to juggle everything to my table without offering any help... and when I asked for a tray... the response was "we don't do trays" Absolutely no manners or smiles from any of the staff! Miserable, dirty establishment with staff who are only there to get paid! Not actually do their job.. I've worked in hospitality for 15 years, and that was probably one of the worst teams I have ever seen! Place needs shutting or staff need replacing... I won't be...
   Read moreMay be clean and polite customer service but tight on fillings. Got a BMT and asked for all salad with southwest, hardly any salad added, even when asking for extra on some. Very little sauce, and when sub was folded it tore in half so wasn't exactly folded more like stacked. Can't even cut in HALF, good job wasn't sharing. Also was only me being served and was way too rushed which obviously didn't help. I've seen Milad Sub videos on YouTube so know how much salad and sauces is minimal. Prices gone up, quality gone down. The manager here (don't know if he still is the manager) was always the best, could stack and still fold without tearing the bread. If you're gonna charge alot more then put time and effort into actually making a good sub. May as well go to Asda and but their baguettes and meats/salad and make my own, messy but that's what yours are ATM. Unfortunately because of the lack of salad and sauce all I could taste was the meat and cheese. Won't be going again anytime soon unless I hear they have better...

I walked into an empty shop and was waiting 15 minutes and still wasnât served.
I wouldnât mind as I am a very understanding person but no one communicated they would get to our order soon. I was basically seen but not heard.
There were 4 members of staff working at the time.
Not one staff member smiled or spoke to me in a nice caring manner, and not one staff member even mentioned the fact that they were completing uber orders, I just saw their massive receipt for the order and one of the staff members said âcomplete this order first before serving customersâ.
Absolutely no team work, very depressing atmosphere. After a long wait still with no recognition of being in the Que to get served I left without even ordering anything.
Would not recommend. Poor terrible...
