The Secret Garden Play Cafe — Restaurant in Chorley

Visited today and the food was absolutely delicious and so reasonably priced. I got a twin discount for my two which was great. They absolutely loved the toddler picnic plates and the ladies in the kitchen were so so friendly.

However I was quite disappointed with the toy selection, some of it was a bit tired looking. I’m not sure it’s worth the £7 odd per child if I’m honest, maybe if you bought lunch you could have half the play fee deducted or something. Particiularly if you choose the lunchtime slot, as at least half your time is eating rather than playing with having little ones so I didn’t feel I got my money’s worth play wise.

Toilets very clean. Parking a bit odd but the whole business park is like that, not the businesses fault. If you arrive first you’ll leave last if you get blocked in but I think the staff can assist with this. The food really is fantastic though, my mum won’t stop...

Aw this place is so amazing for my 2 year old toddler. From the moment he stepped in there, he was very vocally happy. He ran back and forth in the excitement. It is such a nice safe space to play in. The outside little garden had so much water fun, sand and soil. Upstairs was equally as enticing with a small sensory area and foam bricks and so many other toys. The food is very reasonable and the toddler picnic is fantastic for the little ones. Bad points : My toddler thought it was so good he was sad leaving and took a good 40 mins while home to get over the fact he had left 😂. Lovely little play cafe, clean, welcoming and warm atmosphere, both indoor and outdoor play available, variety of food and drinks available but I cannot comment as we didnt order any, although for those who did order , their food looked very good, parking is a little difficult but they make it work and you are able to park in the space in front of the cafe, you must book as they limit places, most likely for safety and to not overcrowd but you get 1 and a half hours which is perfect for you to have a little play date or if you just want somewhere to bring your babies/toddlers/children to play and grab a bite to eat, I would 100% recommend and will be...
