I had a problem with my phone this morning but I have been going for months and giving them loads of business without issue . The app and device eventually worked The female manager is rude ignorant and policing for no reason . stood over the transaction as if I'M going to scam them no empathetic small talk or anything like that ?? after months of good business also the rude server chucked the receipt on the table , the drink was not made to spec and not well prepared . The managers appear to be rude and entitled and a lot of the staff are unfriendly . They demand names on loads of occasions despite giving it loads of times they have terrible manners also the male manager demands the name like he is doing me a favour it;s actually the other way around in a free market . Most visits have been sub standard to be honest and the ocean terminal is in general unfriendly and not relaxed . I don't if they give this micro agro to all customers or only those who are poc etc don't forget they demand your name . Starbucks would be better off giving everyone an order number . I went in today and they were happy to make me a Hazelnut and Caramel Cappuccino and a Hazelnut and Cinnamon Mocha. The service is great and they have a variety of different snacks and sandwiches and juices. Free WiFi too. Clean shop. Only thing I would like is if they had time to wipe down the tables, but there's often only two on duty so I get that it's not always possible. Bought a bunch of items and one was a cup of milk which JOANNE over charged and also had the audacity to give me a half filled cup!
