Had a fabulous lunch at the Tilly with my Mum and friend John. My Sister popped in for a drink - nice surprise. I had called ahead to make sure they were serving food. Jodie the Chef made sure veggie food would be available for me. My Mum is in a wheelchair and nothing was too much for Jodie and Jo the Landlord. They even took a table outside that she could sit at comfortably and a chair for John. Nothing was too much trouble. The three of us had a salad which hit the spot. Brilliant! Read moreOverwhelmed, by how amazing the staff, owners & punters are at this lovely pub. They welcomed my daughter, friends i with open arms. My daughter is 19 & has severe cerebral palsy & loves karaoke. Just so happened to be on the night we chose to go there! They let her sing a few times and the cheer she got afterwards put tease in my eyes & made her feel like a superstar. There was a ramp at the entrance, and they helped us in & out. Read moreWe recently had my nana’s wake held here and the service and atmosphere was great, especially considering the occasion. The pub was kept very clean, the outdoor courtyard area was lovely and the drinks were very reasonably priced! Pub goers were locals and all very friendly, good mix of ages too not an old man’s club at all. We didn’t try any food as we had our own buffet but I’ve heard good things so I hope to be back soon.
