Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Colchester

Only visited her to grab a coffee while my partner popped in Next to try on some dresses, not my cup of tea. I'm so glad that I grabbed a coffee from here as the young staff where very helpful and polite. I was served by a trainee who was being show by a colleague how to use the machine. He was very chatty and made me feel more than welcome. It's not often that you are served by someone who really seems to enjoy their job nowadays, Stone, at least I think that's what he said his name was, made me smile. I wish all cafés where as good as this one especially the ones in Southend and Baslidon. Well...

We stopped here a few days ago with my partner, drive through, ordered our drinks and just be normal. When we go to the window to get our drinks the staff gave us two cakes and thanked us as we were the first customers that day (around 12pm) who was not rude. The staff was very friendly and we think we only be polite and normal was really sad to see that other people would be rude to them, a lovely place, coffee was perfectly made. Always, always be nice to the staff people, we should not get a cake just because we are finally friendly, we did appreciate the gesture! Super...

There were two ladies, one blonde, one brunette on 16th of August around 4:30. So rude, milk and coffee wasn't mixed at all. Asked for medium semi skimmed milk, they gave us small. Politely said we asked for a medium, shouted at us saying we don't have mediums? We were fine with that but then we realised every costa sells mediums, but we just shook it off. Then my friend asked for a drink but I forgot the name but it was ment to have boba balls in the bottom, we said isn't it ment to have balls, still nicely and they just were death staring us.
