Ordered a pizza, waited 2 hours for a delivery which it still didn’t turn up. Called them over 40 times to no answer. Thought I would go collect in which they said I have to wait another hour. They had so many people working there, I could understand if they were short staffed but they had people standing around. I explained I have kids at home waiting to eat and asked if they could do anything to help as I have waited ages, they said no. Ended up having to leave the store with nothing and have to wait another 3-5 days for a refund which I don’t even know if I will receive as they couldn’t give me a receipt or any form of proof. Will never bother ordering...

We are very frequent customers here. Their pizzas are made to order and made with semolina flour and you can see the assembly line in operation. They tell you how long you will be waiting (typically 12 to 15 minutes, but can be up to half an hour on a weekend evening) and this estimate is always accurate. Awful. For the second time now we’ve ordered from here and after the delivery being out for nearly three quarters of an hour, and the driver being given the full address, detailed instructions, and even a satellite photo with the house circled, the driver had clearly given up trying to deliver. Called up to be told I should wait another ten minutes to see if it turns up, and after complaining was finally offered another order to be made up with a voucher for next time.
