I recently ordered chicken wings from your branch and was extremely disappointed with the quality. While the wings were cooked well and not burnt, the meat itself was very dry, discoloured, and lacked flavour. It was clearly an issue with the meat itself, not the preparation. When I called the store to raise my concerns, I made it clear that I didn’t believe it was the staff’s fault, but rather the quality of the product. However, the manager responded unprofessionally, stating that I wasn’t a regular customer and suggesting I didn’t understand how the wings are typically served. This was both inaccurate and inappropriate. I am a loyal customer who orders from this particular branch three to four times a month and have been a Domino’s customer throughout my adult life. The dismissive attitude I received was unacceptable and not in line with the standard of service I’ve come to expect. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will no longer be using this branch. My daughter ordered pizza from dominos and paid online, it appeared at the time that the payment hadn’t gone through as she didn’t receive an email to confirm. So she ordered and paid again, however the first payment had gone through so she ended up paying for two pizzas but only received one. To get a refund she now has to take this up with a department within Dominos. The number that she’s been given goes to an answerphone and she can’t get to speak to anyone. So now she has to take it up as a dispute with the bank which will take two weeks and numerous more calls no doubt. She’s a student so not rolling in cash. The error is with dominoes so they should be correcting their mistake. It seems to be the way these days… the customer is not important.

Read moreSo hit and miss at this particular branch. We offer from there semi regularly as there are a lot of us in the household. 60% of the time there is no issue and we are happy, however, the other 40% there is something wrong with the orders; in the case of last night both our large pizzas had been squashed leading to most of the toppings being stuck to the roof of the box, the garlic bread was also wrong. Don't know how you mess up garlic bread but thems the breaks. If you do have an issue, don't expect a seedy seedy resokresol, or any for that matter. We try to call sometimes when there is an issue just to have no one answered or to essentially be fobbed off with excuses.
All in all, average. Not bad enough to make me have to find somewhere else, not good enough that I will use...
