On 07/06/2024, I placed two orders at the Pizza Hut. Upon receiving my order, I encountered an issue and approached the manager, [kaushal Gohel ], to resolve it. Unfortunately, instead of addressing my concern professionally, the manager behavior raised their voice, made inappropriate comments.

This behavior was completely unprofessional and made me feel humiliated, uncomfortable, harassment. Such conduct is unacceptable, and it has significantly impacted my perception of Pizza Hut as a customer-friendly establishment.

Desired Resolution:

I kindly request that this incident be thoroughly investigated and appropriate action be taken against the involved manager. Additionally, I would appreciate a formal apology and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

I have used the delivery service a couple of times

They do struggle to deliver the food hot and we don’t live that far away

The last time we used the delivery was on a Saturday. I tried to call with our order but the phone either kept ringing where nobody picked up or they would answer and put the phone down again.

I then decided to order online which was fine and after getting confirmation saying it would be 25-30mins I was trying to call them when we had wait 1 hour since ordering. When I finally spoke to someone they told me I had called the wrong place but after checking with the confirmation I told them that was incorrect. The lady on the other end of call was so rude and said she didn’t know what to say as it wasn’t there!!! Finally she went and spoke to someone and came back and said if it’s not with you in 10mins call back and put the phone down!!! 2mins after the delivery was made but was so cold. I tried to ring back for another 45mins but again either no answer or pick up and put the phone down again. Very...
