Subway — Restaurant in Colchester

Staff care far more about deliveroo orders than customers in line. Store was very quiet but had to wait a long time just to say what i wanted even though there were very few customers around, then had to wait even longer to get my food. Was still cold after asking for it to be heated up a second time as they went back to doing orders and chatting when there was no one ahead of me in line and I was waiting to pay. After I got the privilege of paying there was nowhere clean to sit as they were once again too busy doing orders for people that weren't in the store.

Won't be eating here again as it's easier to teach sign language to...

We was disgusted by the level of detail and effort which went into our delivery tonight. We spent £35 on Deliveroo. We ordered a large meal for one in which only the foot long sub arrived no crisps drink or cookie. A wrap which was stone cold and another sub which was supose to be toasted and wasn’t and was also cold. All the cookies were missing we got the wrong muffin and wedges were cold. We ordered at 8 and it arrived at 9.45 when we tried to call the restaurant they had turned off the phones. Deliveroo have offered partial refund but it is not...

A girl like me loves food from all over the place.

Sadly however I do not & will not be ordering a subway again.

I know it's extremely popular & that's fine as we all have different tastes.

I personally have tried several types of Subway & I just don't like them.

Nothing personal, it's just me.

But I do hope you all do try to find out if you like them yourselves.

We all have our favourites & we also have our non favourite eateries.
