KFC Cirencester - Bridge Road — Restaurant in Cotswold District

Our second visit in the last few months against my better judgement as we were previously disappointed with the food and the service but my son wanted a KFC as a birthday treat so I thought maybe they deserved a second chance. Big mistake, it's still AWFUL. Our order came relatively quickly but items were missing. On asking (the very disinterested) staff member for our missing chips and popcorn chicken we were made to feel that we were lying and they didn't bring the chips over as promised. The food was terrible quality, way too much sauce in the burgers so everything just slid out, the fried chicken pieces were greasy and the coating tasted revolting. The krushem milkshakes just tasted like warm syrup. Portion sizes suitable for The Borrowers maybe. The staff just ignore you for as long as humanly possible when you go to the counter, the whole place just lacks atmosphere and is very grubby. We won't be returning, feel like we completely...

OMG! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Sunday evening, waited at the drive through for so long that we decided to drive to the window as we assumed the order taking system must of been broken. The woman at the window was extremely rude and raised her voice shouting, "Why didn't you answer me?" When I explained that nobody tried to take our order, she very rudely told us she would not serve us at the window. When I suggested that perhaps I should drive round again, she abruptly said no and as there were no other cars behind us, she would serve us this once. Huffing and puffing, she took our order but never once said please, thank you or smiled. Upon checking the receipt to get her name, I noticed that she had logged in to the till as 'Aaron'. I still intend to complain to KFC directly as I am so appalled. I would not recommend going here. If there was a 0 star rating, I would give this KFC branch...

Had to wait ages at the drivethru order point and eventually came to the conclusion it must be broken so moved to the window, I was then rudely told she could not take my order!??!! She was wearing the headset!!! I told them to forget it but decided to order inside instead, all I can say is don’t bother, terrible service (as I’ve also found the few other times I’ve used the drivethru) the staff seam to have a terrible “can’t do” attitude and really appear to not give a damn! Fries are always cold and soggy here too, each time I’ve used it I’ve always vowed never to return! Well time is a good healer as they say and I forget the previous experience, well not this time!
