Subway — Restaurant in Cotswold District

Well people in this branch are really horrible first thing is my mate asked her to do the wrap on the board because he was having difficulty to read the board the lady was so rude instead of helping the customers she was saying how is she supposed to know the menu board so decided to order something Which was common on the menu after we had the food had to rush down to work so unintentionally left the food rapper on the table and one of the staff members shouted at us to clear the table. Is this the subway policy as far as I know non other food industries treat their customers like this way .first of all the lady was not wear the name batch otherwise I would include her name ,extremely disgusting disrespectful behaviour despite being a regular customer. Very stingy with ingredients.

There used to be a time when they would load sandwiches to the point they could barely close them. At this branch you get barely anything on your sandwich. The portion sizes are ridiculous. Basically 10% of what they used to put on them.

Daylight robbery if you ask me.

For the price they charge for a single sandwich, which at this point is just bread with the faint essence of the ingredients you asked for, you are best going over the road to Lidl and getting the ingredients to make several of your own. If you don't have the time or energy I would go next door to Greggs.

Served by a lovely guy (unsure of his name but served me on 12/08/25 @ 12:38). Food looks fresh. Service was brill. Although the atmosphere inside was quiet, I was okay with that. I went to your Cheltenham store the other week and you now order via screens which was utterly rubbish and mayhem! They didn’t work properly and all I wanted was to TALK to someone and SEE the food I was ordering! What I’ve always loved about subway is if you feel there wasn’t enough lettuce put on, you can see and say something. The screens took away from this!
