Not saying my opinion matters... but... I film over 100 Food and Drink Award finalists a year for a living ... and this is my favourite cafe! Lynwood & Co. in Fairford! Just the right size to be friendly and buzzy - it's in a lovely location in Fairford where you can perch in the window or relax a table. Great home-made Sourdough and lovely cakes... and of course, the most important thing in this day and age... a lovely team behind the counter!

Awesome view of the church! The coffee and food were great. They also had a good selection of breads to choose from. My favorite part was the fact that they carried Kombucha!! I have not seen any in England till I went here. Was tasty. The view was great as well! A good view of the church in the middle of Fairford and is a perfect match with coffee and food!

Cute Cotswold’s coffee shop chain. We were staying in Fairford and stopped here for an early morning coffee / tea plus an almond croissant. Very busy and popular. Good service and nice decor. Not the biggest shop so when it’s busy you can feel it but nothing else bad to say

I’ve been to the branch in Lechlade and in Cirencester and although I realise that this branch has a smaller kitchen, this visit was sorely disappointing. We came in for a late lunch at around 2pm. There really wasn’t much to choose from and the only eggs on the menu were scrambled. Although ‘off menu’ I asked if it would be possible to have mushrooms on toast. I was given one slice of toast (I use the word loosely as it came old cold and damp with zero colour) and what turned out to be ONE MUSHROOM, probably less than 2 inches diameter, sliced and microwaved. No seasoning, just a mushroom, sliced and made rubber by microwaving. I was charged more than £3 for the toast and almost £3 for a single cold, rubbery mushroom. My friend chose a savoury pastry with a salad - the only salad on offer which I’m VERY happy I didn’t select, as it appeared to be a bowl of cold, coagulated pearl barley, with cubes of beetroot and assorted green streaks. Very disappointing. It looked like a bowl of sad. The man serving us wasn’t at all welcoming, nor did he seem remotely interested in customer service, disinterestedly and morosely plinking our food down on the table. The high point was my latte which, as always, was fantastic, but it was overshadowed by everything I asked being responded to by someone who can barely stop himself from sighing and rolling his eyes. We were the only people in there at one point, and I can see why. We won’t go back. I’ll gladly go to the Cirencester branch - Dom is an absolute superstar and EXACTLY the kind of person you want in that role. He’s born for working with people and a total asset. I hope he’s...

Stopped recently on a break away. As someone who works in hospitality, I can say these people shouldn't. There were 2 other people seated with a coffee, so the place wasn't busy. The staff/owner, not sure which, made it apparent he didn't want to help or serve me, and everything was met with hostile, 1 word replies. No smile, didn't want to answer my questions about what was available and when he said "cash or card" and i answered card, he replied with "cash", determining he wasnt happy with my payment method. One of the loaves of bread purchased was ÂŁ5.50, tough, over cooked, and gave most of it to the ducks.

This place came highly recommended, and we'd intended to visit for breakfast the following morning, but after the unbecoming response, skipped it.

Bad day or wrong profession? I'm not sure, but I won't be spending my...

Staff went above and beyond!! Incredible service. I ordered the Avocado Toast with a Matcha Latte and after a little bit the staff came and mentioned they don’t have anymore avocados, the last of what they had of the avocados went bad and they did not want to use them. Only two of them working that day and one of them himself ran to the nearby store to fetch fresh avocados for my meal. On top of going out of their way to get the fresh avocados, they offered me a second coffee for free for the delay on my meal. Incredible service and attending to offer the best food possible from running out or denying to use bad avocados! Well done and highly...
