Sophie has been a complete pleasure to deal with in both the run up to our original wedding date ( postponed due to COVID), and accommodating our new wedding date. The cake tasting was so calm and relaxed ( at her premises before COVID) and we left with a clear description of our cake including flavours, sizes and decorations.

Our final wedding cake was vastly different to the extravagant one we had planned due to COVID and reduced numbers, however Sophie completely pulled it out the bag and provided us with the deepest cake I've ever seen which was more that enough to give to family.

We went for black forest and oh.my.god! The taste of it is hard to describe but perfection comes pretty close! It was moist and just melted in the mouth and the cherries were devine. All our guests commented on how lovely it was and I must admit to a nibble while cutting it 🙂

We contacted Sophie after seeing her work on Instagram. One of my existing suppliers shared a cake she had made. I had contacted a few cake makers before finding Sophie. What I loved about her was how helpful she was. It was during the pandemic and she took the time to explain everything fully which I appreciated. It was nice to feel out custom was valued. I emailed some initial ideas to her but when we met for the appointment and cake tasting we changed our mind and this wasn't a problem. On the day, we didn't see Sophie but she worked behind the scenes to set up and make sure our cake was exactly as we wanted - thank you Sophie for being a professional and hardworking supplier. We had the absolute privilege of working with Sophie for designing and creating our wedding cake. Honestly, the whole process was fantastic. Sophie’s attention to detail with designing our cake and offering advice was brilliant. She was so quick to communicate with us throughout the lead up to our wedding & accommodated a couple of little changes we made. On the day, Sophie set up our cake and we were blown away by the creative genius that she is!!! Our cake looked absolutely beautiful - the most wonderful cake I’ve ever seen & she even made a little keepsake dog for us of our dog, which was so adorable!
