Food@Whitehall’s — Restaurant in Coventry

Thought we'd get a take-home breakfast for a Saturday morning treat. Phoned in, lovely polite people. 5min later, walked in, nicely fresh and hot food we waiting for me. Packaging was environmently friendly (high quality thick grease-proofed cardboard), inside (in separated 'pockets') tomato, beans, bacon, sausage and fried egg. I'm a stickler for sausage, these were fantastic! Large, good flavour, no sign of any nasty gristle or bone fragments. Lovely thick bacon. This was my first time getting food here. Whitehill's recently catered a corporate event (WRL) that I arranged for a celebratory event. They were extremely helpful from my initial contact. I was very late placing my order but they were patient and accommodating. Staff advised throughout on the amount of food to order for our guests and they were spot on. We had the food delivered to Coombe Abbey and they set it up ready for our guests to help themselves. The good was lovely, high quality and presented very nicely.

Nipped in for a quick brunch on the way home. Ordered a bacon baguette and a pork and stuffing roll.
