Visited on Saturday, very friendly staff but the lad that was working was left on his own most of the time with the duty manager seeming to be doing very little even though he could see there were big queues at the bar. Upon making eye contact with him it was obvious he could see everything going on but just turned and walked out the back.
Unfortunately several of the real ales were out of stock, as were most of the bottles of wine. The organic pinot that was there was of very poor quality.
The most disgusting bit by far, and the talking point of everyone in them, was the smell of the male toilets, absolutely gross. Even the women could smell it leaking through two doors from the men's toilets on the approach to their own toilets and made comment.
Definitely the worst smelling toilet I've ever been in. It's obviously ingrained in the walls, ceiling and floor. It ultimately caused our party of six to leave, along with the wait to get a drink.
We left in the end as none of the ladies liked the wine, pinot should be an easy thing to get right. I also saw several people leave because they got fed up of waiting for a drink.
It's a shame as it's quite a good venue, with plenty of sport on TV, and right next to the station. It just seems that they rely on its location and forget about the actual...
Read moreReally really lovely experience at the snooty fox today. Situated right across the road from 3 bridges train station it is a lovely pub that is part of the Greene king company situated across locations in the UK. On first observation I noticed their garden area is under refurbishment but myself and my family members were happy to sit indoors away from the heat as it was sa hot day. On entrance we were greeted by a beautiful smiling lady working behind the bar called Linda . The pub has a big supporter banner for McMillan cancer which is close to my families heart as weost my dad to cancer in 2016 . Hearing from Linda they do various things in the pub such as charge phones for a donation of ÂŁ1 which goes towards McMillan charity..this melts my heart â¤ď¸ The pub is very big , clean and energy with locals is good and friendly. Food is absolutely delicious with lovely presentation and me and my family had an excellent time. We will definitely be visiting Linda and the snooty fox again soon đ đŤâ¤ď¸. Thanks...
Read moreI absolutely love the food here. The menu has certainly had a lovely upgrade too in the last couple of years. I came back earlier in the year after moving near by. I've been a few times now and its very consistent and it is good!. I've tried all sorts on the menu but I've come to love some favourites now. I love the sliders, nachos are different (very light) but really nice! But the star for me are the chicken strips! Ipa hot sauce with blue cheese soooo yummy!!!! Also the 2 mains offer deal is excellent too.the staff all work so hard too. When it is busy they will give you a smile. It's a home away from home. On the last visit my brother bought his dog along. His wowo loved it and was relaxing. also helped being able to come here with his dog because we weren't worrying about being out too long. we were all able to enjoy ourselves that bit more and relax more. Thank you to all at snooty fox. Love the food and the service. Keep up the great work! You are one of a kind and...
