Pizza Time Crawley — Restaurant in Crawley

This was my first time using this place and ordered online.

When it came to half an hour past when they confirmed via email and text when it would be delivered I tried to call them. The phone line would not connect presumably because there were others trying to contact. After a further 15 mins and multiple attempts my partner was able to get through to be told that there was an issue with a driver coming in late.

There was no contact from them to indicate there was an issue.

When the food eventually arrived (almost an hour late, 2 hours after ordering and without apology) it was cold and we had to heat up all the food in the microwave.

The chicken strips had clearly been cooked in with something spicy when there was no indication that they would be. The Pizza garlic bread was not at all nice even when reheated.

The Pizza itself would have been quite nice had it been hot and is the only reason that this isn't a 1 star from me.

Always there when I need to grab a late night pizza. I've been using them for the last 4-5 years.

Can't comment on the delivery as I always collect, but it's always ready on time when they say it will be. Wish they'd kept the 10" £5, it's slowly crept up to £6.99 now so not as much of a bargain when you can get any pizza any size for £10 just round the corner at pizza hut.

Had a few where the base hasn't been cooked long enough, but this is maybe 2-3 out of hundreds over the years.

The lads are a great laugh too, and easy to chat to; here's hoping they stay around for...

Me and my son daniyal mehboob come here daily as its always a pizza time for us, daniyal enjoys pizzas so he comes pizza time and has a good time at pizza time with his friend elijah. daniyal recommends desi time pizza as it was his friends elijah favourite breakfast. theres no pizza like pizza time daniyal loves it so much and wants everyone to buy it cos he loves the pizza there. he eats pizza time when playing warzone and has fun talking to the pizza time...
