I used to order from here a lot, until the last 6 months where they seem to have stopped caring about customers, today I got a Luke warm chicken salad that was in a container that looks like a posh ready meal, chicken poppers that were burnt, they are incapable of checking orders before the driver takes them and we were missing all of our drinks, and the best part is the loaded fries my son got that were cold, stuck to the box and came out as a lump with the packaging stuck to it, (see picture), Their wraps are half filled and filled with sauce that has the consistency of water and the burgers come soaked with this same sauce, soggy and drip sauce all over the place, it's unacceptable that they are allowed to serve this rubbish! Unfortunately, my recent experience with the food service lady was quite disappointing. Her demeanor was extremely rude, and it negatively impacted my overall dining experience. I believe that good customer service is a fundamental aspect of any establishment, and this particular encounter fell far short of that expectation.
