Card reader didn't work. We were asked to wait why they tried resolving the problem. It was very cold and I was with children. The food was getting cold and staff wasn't able to estimate how long we still had to wait. Eventually, they just ignored us and started serving other customers while we were just waiting. After 20 minutes I left without food as by that time it was already cold. Also, seems quite expensive. 3.30 for large chips which were not large compared to other places. Plus bad customer service....

Called to request no salad in one of the burgers; woman answered the phone and started with "What?" I said I had made an order online and would like no salad in one of the burgers. She proceeded to say "No problem." Then hung up. Didn't ask what my order was, for a name or which burger I didn't want the salad in. I called back and said she didn't know what my order was or which burger to take the salad out of and she said "We're busy." Then hung up. Won't...

It’s a bit hit and miss. Depends who’s working when you visit. My latest visit was not great, took 18 minutes to get a burger and chips. The lady kept thinking I wanted mayo in my chips despite me asking for Salt & Vinegar twice. Asked for salad in burger - the lady forgot. Then another guy turned up took over and finished the order. In the end I asked for a bag and was charged extra £0.10… on a card. Whatever, you got 10p, but you lost a...
