Domino's Pizza - Berkhamsted — Restaurant in Dacorum

Recently ordered a pizza without cheese for a household member who has an allergy towards it, We took off the cheese from a veggie supreme options; however not only was it just tomato and herbs. but it was cold. It took over an hour to be delivered,

They don't pick up the phone which is their only way of contacting as listed on their website. as such it is immensely irritating to send through a complaint directly to the shop.

This is an horrendous excuse to not improve deliberately ignorant in their nature to avoid getting better; while their customers go to rival companies such as Papa Johns.

My personal recommendation is to use their rival if you have an issue such as lactose intolerance otherwise you will end up with a disappointing drab disgustingly cold tomato paste circle.

VERY poor service - booked on line advertising 30 mins - after 50 mins checked online and it said that our driver was on his way. When we rang the shop as it had not arrived a rude woman just kept saying that the delivery time is 1-1.5 hours and their online booking system does not work. Yet another very late and cold delivery. I should blame myself really as I keep returning and expecting a hot pizza - which this place is clearly not capable of delivering. Every delivery the driver claims to be unable to find our house (which is on a main road!) and I end up having to stand outside in the wind and rain to collect. Deliveries never happen in less than an hour (we are apx 5 mins away) and food is always cold. Assurances are always made that notes have been added to the account to show address - but same issues happen again and...
